Our Quality Policy

Within the scope of our activities and under the Integrated Management System including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022, ePati Cyber Security’s quality policy is to:

  • Strive to embed and preserve the core principles of integrity, quality, discipline, and progress within the organization,

  • Contribute to the national economy with the quality of our products and services by maintaining the continuous development and compliance of our domestic and national products with evolving and modern technologies at the highest level,

Our Information Security Policy

In line with ePati Cyber Security’s strategic goals, mission, and vision; within the scope of the TS EN ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Defense Industry Facility Security practices and certifications, ensuring the management of information security for people, infrastructure, software, hardware, user data, organizational information, third-party information, and financial resources, securing risk management, measuring the performance of information security processes, and organizing third-party relations on information security matters is adopted as the “ISMS Policy”.

Accordingly, the purpose of our ISMS Policy is to:

  • Protect the information assets of ePati Cyber Security against any threats that may arise internally or externally, intentionally or unintentionally, ensure access to information as needed in business processes, comply with legal regulations, and continuously improve,
  • Fulfill the legal requirements of KVKK - Personal Data Protection Law,
  • Ensure the continuity of the three fundamental components of the Information Security Management System in all operations:
    • Confidentiality: Prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information,
    • Integrity: Demonstrate and ensure the accuracy and consistency of information,
    • Availability: Ensure that authorized users can access the necessary information when needed,
  • Take necessary measures for the “Internal and External Issues” and “Interested Parties” under ISMS and ISO 9001:2015 within the Integrated Management System, and communicate them to relevant parties,
  • Ensure the security of all types of data not only in electronic form but also in written, printed, verbal, and other forms,
  • Raise awareness by providing Information Security Management training to all personnel,
  • Report any actual or suspected vulnerabilities in information security to the Administrative Affairs Coordination and/or Management, and ensure they are investigated by the relevant parties,
  • Conduct regular evaluations on information security, identify current risks, review and follow up on action plans based on the evaluations,
  • Prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts,
  • Ensure that the ISMS Policy is accessible to internal and external parties and is kept up to date.
